Leading independent joins Raine & Horne as one of the first to showcase the highly-anticipated brand refresh

April 22, 2024

Led by leading real estate agent Jodie Hughes, Warwick Real Estate, is now part of the 141-year-old network and will now operate as Raine & Horne Warwick and Raine & Horne Rural Warwick.

Mrs Hughes said she was excited to embrace Raine & Horne’s highly regarded cultural trifecta of integrity, values and knowledge at a time when the super brand is rolling out a major brand refresh in Australia and New Zealand.

The Raine & Horne Warwick office at 126 Palmerin Street is one of the first offices across Australasia to showcase the new sleek signage.

Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne said, “The refreshed identity will enhance our brand's reputation and standing within the industry, highlighting our coveted Ampersand symbol and I am delighted that Jodie and her team are joining us at such a pivotal time in our history.”

Mrs Hughes said, “Growing Warwick Real Estate from an independent, standalone business, and knowing we will now be able to reap the benefits of sharing in Raine & Horne’s extensive local knowledge, integrity, and the backing of a well-known super brand, is an exciting prospect for my business’ future,” Mrs Hughes said.

“I look forward to embracing the new identity along with Raine & Horne’s superior technologies, including first-to-market online proposal platform DigiKitPlus and AI-powered digital marketing tool Amplify, in addition to their industry-best marketing, training and agency systems.

“My highly experienced team and myself are ready to embrace a fresh new start with Raine & Horne.”

Embarking on a new era

Mrs Hughes, who began her stellar real estate career in property management more than a decade ago, has a strong interest in all thing’s property, and is highly regarded for her impressive local knowledge and negotiation expertise.

The new Raine & Horne principal is also excited about building her own small business after being an integral part in helping her husband Mark Hughes establish, local building company “Hughes Elite Builders”, while she took a short break from real estate when her children were born.

She returned to real estate in 2019 as a sales agent before making the leap to buying her own small business.

“Having already had a small business, that despite being separate to real estate, it was still in the property field and now that we have grown it to a well-established company, I felt it was time to pursue my passion for property once again,” Mrs Hughes said.

Born and bred in Warwick, Mrs Hughes has extensive experience in selling property in the region, in particular, Darling Downs and surrounds.

The residential market in the Warwick region is presently robust, according to Mrs. Hughes. “The rural property market is following a similar trend but is dependent on weather conditions and livestock pricing,” she added.

The team have hit the ground running with the newly listed 60.80-hectare estate at 242 Golf Club Lane, Killarney being listed for sale for offers over $2,200,000.

The estate features a three-bedroom homestead, equine facilities, a large machinery shed, 292 metres of Condamine River frontage, two medium sized stock dams and more than 10 paddocks.

Looking to the future with Raine & Horne

Growing her team of eight staff members, maintaining the positive relationships she has with clients are part of Mrs Hughes’s immediate plans.

“I look forward to expanding my offerings and services and helping more people find their dream property,” she said.

“Additionally, I also want to expand our property management arm as well.”
